Denise is a litigation team member with experience in a variety of civil litigation matters including disputes related to non-payment for work and allegations of improper or incomplete work. Denise is an experienced transactional attorney, having drafted and reviewed numerous types of documents including those related to real estate.
Denise has been an active member in the Dallas Bar Association and previously served on the Bench Bar Committee, Judiciary Committee and Memorial Committee. Denise has also been active in charitable organizations that advocate for children, including her service on the board of City House children’s shelter located in Plano, Texas.
Denise is admitted to practice before the Texas courts, United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, and the United States District Courts for the Northern and Eastern Districts of Texas.
